Let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Normal RESPONSE time is LESS THAN 24HRS, or you can CALL US AT 925-305-9205. If you have and have not received your order after the 4 week time period, please send an email to playgroundinc@msn.com using the subject:

"J&R'S PLAYGROUNDINC-Problem with order # ____".(Use the order # from your invoice)

When you send the mail, please list the following:

  1. Your order/invoice number
  2. Your complete name and mailing address that was used on the order form
  3. If you paid by credit card or paypal
  4. Exactly the items that you ordered
  5. The date that you placed your order or mailed it in with payment.
